Hi, I live in a town called Kidderminster, in the West Midlands, my band and I are looking for a new singer male/female, we are aged between 16-20, we play alternative rock, we have been going for 2 years now, done quite a few gigs and Festivals, released our EP earlier this year, got a nice following, but sadly our singer has had to leave, if anyone knows of anyone or you would like to come and have a jam with us if you live around our area , please get in touch :)

Music from the Sofa - recording project and live band seeks three female vocalists (prefer post college) for original songs and covers in a 5-10 piece band. Gigs Sussex and beyond. Song writer led project - 24 song live set, five to ten piece band - all demos, music and lyrics available to help learn material (following successful audition). 

You need to be a quick learner, experience in bands, good at singing harmony. Applications from existing vocal trios welcome. This is not a girl band but there are three lines of harmony in much of the material. Unusual - jazz/folk. See www.musicfromthesofa.com (works best with mouse or laptop)

Hi, I am a female vocalist based in bristol, looking to collaborate with a guitarist, or keyboards, or perhaps someone computer based. i am also a decent lyricist and have written for a few bands over the years. I am not currently in a band, or doing much recording, but am hoping to connect with someone via this site whom may have the right musical chemistry, and we can something started!

I'm 51 years old and looking for a new band, preferably acoustic but I'd quite like to do original material, not least because I'm a great lyricist.  I've just left one band (at least I think I have, the band seems to have imploded) http://vaccination.bandcamp.com/

I'm a 42 year old male who wants to find a band interested in what I like. I love to sing, and like music from the 80's - soft rock...

Rock bands include - Switchfoot, Nickleback, 30 seconds to mars, Kane, Jimmy eat world, Bon jovi, 3 Doors down, Sunrise Avenue, Simple plan, Lifehouse, Matchbox 20, The calling, Chris Daughtry, David Cook, Dan reed network, Gun, The mission, Extreme, Journey, Europe, Toto, Inxs....

Other bands include - Kids in glass houses, Stereophonics, Snow patrol, Kings of leon, Killers, Deacon blue, Wet wet wet, Del amitri, Cutting crew, Then jericho....

There's so many good bands out there, but it would be cool to sing some of the songs from my chosen ones. I also want to be involved in a band who want to write and sing their own material. Cover versions are okay, but I want to mix it up with fresh material, so If anyone feels the same as me and fancies a chat then get in touch.

It would be cool to achieve this, so if you're serious, talk to me.
