Impressed by this place - several industrial units on the same site.
Nice rooms with comfy sofas, plenty of gear (Marshall, Laney... ), good parking with short distances to carry stuff. Friendly with lots of musicians hanging around so probably a good place to network if you used it regularly. A bit of noise "bleed" betwen rooms but no problem at all once you start playing.
Handy hint: the industrial estate has two parts and illogical numbering. Look for the entrance with the blue gate the ofice has a big CM logo on the door.
